The Division on Visual Impairments (DVI), a division of the Council for
Exceptional Children (CEC) proudly publishes the DVIQ, a quarterly
journal edited by Sheila Amato.
This journal reaches 1000+ educators,
administrators, parents, consumers, and commercial enterprises throughout the
United States and Canada who are involved in the education of children who are
blind or visually impaired.
